The First New Condominium in the South End in Nearly Twenty Years

OLIN is a collection of 32 residences on Palm Beach Island, set on a site that runs from the Atlantic Ocean to the lagoon. It is developed by OKO Group and Cain International, with architecture by OMA, the firm founded by Pritzker Prize winner Rem Koolhaas, and interiors by Christine and John Gachot of GACHOT. OLIN sits on South Ocean Boulevard in the South End of Palm Beach Island, on a site that reaches from the Atlantic beach to the lagoon side of the island. Worth Avenue, the island's clubs and the bridges to West Palm Beach are to the north.

New condominium supply on the island is rare; Palm Beach Now called OLIN the first new condo development in the South End in nearly twenty years.
